Overview. Pitchbird is a vocal pitch-training app built to respect your privacy. It runs entirely on your device — there is no account, and your data stays with you.
What we collect. Nothing personal. Pitchbird does not require an account, email, or sign-up. Your practice data (sessions, scores, XP, streaks, achievements, and your vocal range) is created and stored only on your device.
Microphone. Pitchbird uses your microphone to detect your pitch in real time while you practice. Audio is processed live on your device and is never recorded, saved, or transmitted. Only the resulting note/pitch values are used, and they never leave your phone.
No tracking. Pitchbird contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or trackers. We do not collect, sell, or share your data — because it never leaves your device.
Purchases. If you buy Pitchbird Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple under the App Store’s terms. We do not receive your name or payment details.
Data & deletion. Because everything is stored locally, you are always in control. Deleting the app removes all of your Pitchbird data from your device.
Children’s privacy. Pitchbird is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
